Mexican Train Score Tracker
Tap “Add” after each hand — your running score builds in the table below.
Running Score
In Mexican Train, lower is better — enter each player's leftover pip total for the round (the sum of the dots on any dominoes still in hand when someone plays their last tile). Lowest running total wins. Everything runs in your browser — nothing you type is sent anywhere.
How Mexican Train Scoring Works
Pip counting
At the end of each round, every player still holding dominoes counts the total pips (dots) remaining in their hand and adds that number to their running score. The player who played their last domino scores zero for the round.

Lower is better
Unlike most card games, the goal is the lowest running total. This calculator just tracks the numbers you enter — it doesn't flip the sort order, so the leaderboard is whichever team/player has the smallest total in the running-score row.

Double-12 vs double-9 sets
Larger domino sets (double-12) support more players and more rounds (one round per "engine" double, 13 rounds total) — this tracker works the same regardless of set size or round count; just keep adding rounds until your game ends.
